Welcome to the Bell National Hosting Service reporting and ticketing centre. This portal is designed to give Bell hosting customers easy access to an array of real-time monitoring dashboards that oversee the health of your hosted environment. These monitors will reinforce the reliability, security, and service Bell is committed to delivering, as well as acting as a means to perform billing reconciliation against your chargeable power and bandwidth levels. If there are alert violations this portal provides you with trouble ticket management capabilities that can be used to issue and track your tickets. All tickets are directly and automatically relayed to our network operations centre to optimize our response time and service level commitments to you.

Effective immediately, all new ticketing and user management functionality has been migrated to the new Bell NHS ticketing portal. You can use your Bell NHS login credentials to access both the NHS Portal as well as the new ticketing portal. For instructions on using the new tool, refer to the Bell NHS ticketing portal User Guide (you must log in to access this link).
